Delivery Information

Thank you for visiting and shopping at FABOLUXURY. 

We deliver to all thirty-six states of Nigeria AND several international locations within the service of the courier company.

All orders are processed immediately and are shipped out within 24 – 48 hours after payment has been received. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We partner with professional courier service providers who bring your products to you at your door step.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  1. STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery operates weekdays Mondays – Fridays 8am to 6pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.

 

All orders within Nigeria take approximately 3-4 working days after your order is shipped out.

 

  1. NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Need that item A.S.A.P.? This service is only available for deliveries within Lagos, Nigeria, All our items state whether they’re available for Nigeria next working day delivery. If it’s a match, then next working day delivery needs to be placed by 4.30pm to be received the following day by 7.00pm latest.

 

  1. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFO

Good news, we can deliver your items Mon – Fri 8am to 7pm.

There is no next day delivery or Saturday service for International deliveries.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 5pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

 

Public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

 

  1. DELIVERY SERVICE

All our deliveries are handled by DHL Express.

 

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

 

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

 

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

 

At FABOLUXURY we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

 

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

 

You are eligible for free shipping within Lagos ONLY if the products you have ordered is over #50,000. Charges for your shipment and delivery estimates for your order would be calculated and displayed at the point of checkout.

 

SOME USEFUL TIPS

Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone, so we’ll do our best to make it quick.

 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

 

We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

 

To minimize delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.

 

  1. RETURNS

Thanks for purchasing our products at FABOLUXURY.

 

Unfortunately, Fabrics, Trims, Jewelry and Accessories are not refundable.

 

For other items, please be informed that all returns must be made within 7 days of purchasing the items. Products must be in the same condition/packaging in which you received it and must not be used or damaged in any way.

 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method that you used during the purchase. You are advised to contact your bank or card issuer as soon as a refund has been made.

 

If the product is used or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return later than 7 days from the day you purchased the item, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Kindly note that the cost of shipping back to us will be covered by the buyer.

  1. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permissible within 48 hours of receipt of fabric by client in its unused state.

 

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by FABOLUXURY when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office or courier for the best service and tracking ID.

 

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 48 hours of receipt.

 

  1. SALE ITEMS

All sale items are not returnable for exchange or refund.

 

  1. INSURANCE

FABOLUXURY insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

 

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
